At Carla's you can shop with confidence.
We understand that it can sometimes be a little difficult purchasing online, so we invite you to purchase your swimwear & if you feel the style is incorrect, the colour is not for you or for just any reason at all, we will swap your swimmer for one of equal value and post it back to you at no additional cost with no questions asked!

In the event that you need to return your items:

Items for exchange are to be posted back to us within 7 days of when you initally recieve your items (late returns will not be accepted) along with your completed 'Return for Exchange' document that can be printed from the help section of this webpage.

We will post your first exchange with no additioanl postage charges for Australian residents.

Any additional changes after the first will attract postage charged to the customer.

International returns will attract additional postage charges.

If the cost of the replacement purchase is different to the initial purchase the customer will either be charged the additional amount or sent a store credit note for the difference

If you have not chosen an immediate exchange a store credit note will be issued for you to use at a later date.

Customers who prefer a refund on their swimwear purchase price will incur a $15 per item restocking fee.

We will only accept returns on goods that are new, unworn, clean, odour free, unmarked with tags, tickets & hygiene strip attached

All sizing is shown in Australian sizing and pricing is in Australian dollars

For hygiene reasons, please ensure that all swimwear bottoms are tried on over your own underwear.

| Carla's cannot be held responsible for items that have not reached us, and for this reason suggest that you return your items using a signed for delivery method, such as Registered Post. |
