Although I was very happy with my purchase, I was not happy with the customer service at all. Why can’t you use online vouchers in store? I had a regular voucher that store assistant redeemed and then handed over second one which was an online purchased voucher. I was told they can’t accept. I said that it wasn’t a problem I would go online and purchase the two items. She didn’t know how to fix it. She really didn’t know what to do. I ended up adding cash and purchasing one item. I asked if I could take a photo of the label of the second item and was not treated very well. I bought the second ones online with my voucher. Surely that’s not your policy?
