Carla Swimwear + Leisurewear is committed to providing exceptional customer service & quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 2-4 business days (may be slightly more for overseas); in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Occasionally there may be slight delays in deliveries that are outside of our control. We will always endeavour to communicate with you as best we can.
We may cancel a order if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
Carla Swimwear offers a free express shipping service for all Australian orders over $100. Our express shipping courier service means that you will get your goods as quickly as possible!
Confirmation + Tracking of your order will be made via email. Carla Swimwear will email you to let you know that your order has been processed and that it has been sent to your shipping address. It will contain a tracking number making it easy to track your parcel door to door. All you need to do is click on the link provided on your tracking confirmation email and enter the tracking information - if you have not received your tracking advice into your inbox, please check your 'junk' mail folder as our email may have gone there instead.
If there are still any questions you may have after attempting to track the parcel yourself, please email us at sales@carlaswimwear.com.au and we will endeavour to assist you. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure that your shipping address is an address where you will be able to sign off on the successful delivery of your order.
If a business address is best, please include the company name during the “checkout stage” of your order. Should you request that your delivery be left without a signature then Carla Swimwear take no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Carla Swimwear uses freight partners for our international deliveries and we send EXPRESS which means you don’t have to wait long at all before you get your goods! Estimated delivery time and postage costs for International orders can be found in the table below. Unfortunately in some instances it may take an extra day or two clearing customs.

Please note: In some countries a custom or import duty fee is charged by the destination countries customs office and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. These charges will vary from country to country and will depend on your parcels weight and size. These charges are rare, but we recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid any surprise additional fees. If you should refuse the parcel, Carla Swimwear will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.
* Free International shipping is not available on clearance items. Orders that are made up solely from Clearance items will incur the shipping rate for your country.
