Simply download the returns form here and return it completed along with your purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns or if visiting our stores is easier for you, your exchange may be processed at any one of our store locations. For store locations click here. Please remember to bring in your online order invoice as your proof of purchase.
If you require a refund, this may not be done in store as all refunds must be processed by head office. Should you require a refund on your online purchase, your items must be returned along with a completed return form via post to our head office within 14 days from the initial date of purchase. You can download a copy of this form by clicking here - We do not offer refunds on goods purchased on sale or at a discounted rate. Should you be unsatisfied with a discounted purchase, we will happily exchange this for you.
All online returns will be processed with priority. Please allow 3 business days from when we receive your returned goods for your return to be processed.

In our stores we offer multiple dressing rooms and great face to face fitting and customer service advice. Should you wish to return your full price item that you have purchased from our store locations, we are happy to exchange your purchase up to 7 days after invoice date.
Before sending, please ensure your purchase meets the return conditions above and send it along with your returns form so we know who it belongs to and why you are returning it.
